Premier Recruitment are working with an beautiful Nursery based in Reading, RG7 area and they are looking for a Baby Room Manager to join their team.

Nursery management experience within any capacity is essential for this role. There are 80 children within the setting and you'd need to manage between 7-10 staff.

Roles available: Baby Room Manager

Salary: £29,000 - £33,000 (Depending on experience). 

Hours: 42.5 Hours per week, Mon - Fri. The nursery is open for 51 weeks of the year and closed during Christmas to the New year.

Job duties:

- Ensure the room is safe and stimulating for children and that all safety and child protection regulations are met. 

- Plan and deliver age appropriate activities that support children's development. 

- Support and manage the team of childcare workers, delegate tasks and mentor and train staff. 

- Ensure individual learning plans are developed to meet the needs of each child. 

Essential requirements:

- level 3 Childcare qualification

- Nursery management experience (Deputy manager is also fine)
