Premier Recruitment are working with an beautiful Nursery based in Reading, RG10 area and they are looking for Early Years Educators to join their team (No experience needed).

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a Level 3 Childcare qualification. The Nursery have around 40 children in the setting and we are currently shortlisting candidates for interviews as they need someone relatively immediately. 

Roles available (2 people): Early Years Educator 

Salary: £27,625 - £29,250 No experience needed just a Childcare level 3 qualification 

Hours: 42.5 Hours per week, The nursery is open for 51 weeks of the year and closed during Christmas to the New year for one week. 

Job duties:

- Support the Room leader with the planning of learning based activities. 

- Ensure Children are supervised at all times with the correct ratios.

- Ensure the correct Safeguarding procedures are adhered to at all times 

- Be comfortable to liase with parents to ensure the best level of learning and feedback for continued progress for the children.
